ALG is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Aircraft Groomers to join our aerospace client on a long-term contract basis. In this hands-on role, you will ensure aircraft cabins are clean, organized, and fully prepared for passengers. No prior aerospace experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with cleaning or housekeeping experience who are physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Rotating shifts and overtime may be required, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the interior of aircraft cabins, including seats, floors, and windows.
- Vacuum carpets and wipe down surfaces to ensure a spotless environment for passengers.
- Empty trash from receptacles and seat pockets, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Replenish in-flight materials, such as magazines, safety cards, and other amenities.
- Clean and sanitize lavatories and replenish all supplies.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines for working within aircraft cabins.
- Work efficiently to meet turnaround schedules and ensure aircraft are ready for departure.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other crew and supervisors.
