Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and dining areas
- Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules for each location and shift
- Dispose of rubbish properly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Wear required uniform, including black long pants and black shoes, and maintain a professional appearance
- Cooperate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work full-time in either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or overnight hours
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks and move equipment as needed
