Key Responsibilities
As a Production Worker, you will be a vital part of our operation, ensuring the smooth production of our famous charcoal briquettes. You may be assigned to any area of the plant, with duties including:
- Operating and monitoring machinery in Retort, Manufacturing, Packaging, or Warehouse departments.
- Pressing controls, regulating machine functions, and performing minor adjustments or repairs.
- Feeding materials into production lines, monitoring for jams or defects, and ensuring product quality.
- Packaging finished product, operating palletizing equipment, and moving materials with powered industrial trucks or heavy equipment like bulldozers.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work area while adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
