Key Responsibilities
Your core duty is to ensure the secure and timely transport of goods, maintaining integrity from pickup to delivery.
- Operate a 10-foot container truck (Vehicle No. 3) to perform scheduled parcel pickups and deliveries, including handling temperature-sensitive items as required.
- Independently and safely load, unload, and deliver goods, verifying quantities and conditions to minimize any damage or loss.
- Complete deliveries in strict accordance with customer instructions and requirements, ensuring accurate handover.
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining the truck’s cleanliness and reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Work cooperatively with the warehouse team to support general cleanliness and the upkeep of operational facilities.
- Adhere rigorously to all Singapore traffic regulations and internal company safety protocols.
Qualifications
We are looking for a responsible and physically capable individual who meets these criteria:
- Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s road network and traffic regulations is essential; prior delivery or logistics experience is a strong advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading, and other manual tasks as part of the daily routine.
- Meticulous, responsible, and possesses a strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality.
- Good communication skills and a professional customer service attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
