Key Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with delivering excellence on every route. Your core duties will include:
- Safely operating Class 1 vehicles to transport loads from our yard or the US to destinations across a key Ontario corridor (Sudbury, Windsor, Kingston, and points between).
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service to our customers at every delivery point.
- Performing specialized van work, including the secure offloading of items like ATVs, in addition to flat-deck operations.
- Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and cross-border compliance requirements.
Qualifications
To be a strong fit for our team, you must possess:
- A valid Class 1 license with a minimum of 1 year of verifiable professional driving experience.
- An excellent driving abstract that reflects a strong safety record.
- A clear criminal record and the ability to legally cross the border for US pick-ups.
- A positive, professional attitude with a strong customer service focus.
- The physical ability and willingness to perform offloading duties for specialized van work.
- Reliability, self-sufficiency, and excellent time management skills.
