Key Responsibilities
In this senior-level role, you will lead the charge in maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities. Your core duties include:
- Executing complex repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and food equipment maintenance.
- Inspecting and testing facility assets to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues before they impact operations.
- Utilizing our digital management system to receive, document, and track reactive repair orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Providing swift and professional responses to emergency maintenance calls to ensure store safety and continuity.
- Helping store associates understand proper equipment care and cleaning to reduce damage and improve efficiency.
- Adhering strictly to OSHA and safety standards while operating heavy machinery and high-access equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a deep technical background. To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A Vocational or Technical certification plus at least 5 years of experience in a major trade (plumbing, electrical, or material handling), or 7 years of direct trade experience.
- Licensing: A valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean record; eligibility for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is also required.
- Physical Capability: The ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders frequently, and work comfortably at various heights.
- Computer Skills: At least 1 year of experience using intermediate-level office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
