Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are the final link between our kitchen and our hungry customers. Your daily mission includes:
- Picking up fresh orders and navigating local Ballwin routes to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivering every order with a positive attitude and a smile to ensure a five-star guest experience.
- Assisting with light in-store duties during peak times or as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Handling basic transactions and managing your daily mileage and tip logs.
- Maintaining a clean vehicle and professional appearance (jeans are perfectly okay!) while representing Marco’s on the road.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable drivers who prioritize safety and customer happiness. To join the 2026 team, you must have:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
- Ownership of a dependable vehicle with proof of valid liability insurance.
- A fun, outgoing, and proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that fits your life Full-Time, Part-Time, or Seasonal shifts are available.
- A clean driving record and a commitment to safe driving practices.
