What You Will Be Doing
- You will follow the work schedule sequence for construction operations and ensure all activities stay on track.
- You will ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental, and safety procedures and requirements.
- You will read and understand construction drawings, translating them into clear instructions for your team.
- You will manage and supervise the day-to-day work of site projects, overseeing every aspect of progress.
- You will perform hands-on work related to wet trade, architectural, steel work, or any other activity supporting the project.
- You will resolve problems as they arise and implement improvements to keep work moving efficiently.
- You will assign tasks to construction workers and monitor both the progress and quality of their work.
- You will set targets for your team and communicate precise instructions clearly.
- You will respond to employee concerns promptly and work with management to resolve any issues.
- You will perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support project success.
- You will be available to work six days a week, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
What We Are Looking For
- You have at least eight years of experience as a Site Supervisor at a construction site.
- You hold a Diploma in Construction, Civil & Structural Engineering, or any construction or electrical-related study certificate.
- You have proven experience in the construction industry and in a leadership role.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can focus and remain calm under pressure.
- You are able to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are willing to work six days a week, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- You are hands-on and not afraid to step in and work alongside your team when needed.
- You have a strong understanding of quality, environmental, and safety procedures.
