CMBM Facility Services is expanding our Townsville team at the Sun Metals site and seeking Cleaning Superstars for multiple shifts between 6 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekend shifts. The hourly rate is $32 to $36. If you have previous commercial cleaning experience, a reliable vehicle, and a current Driver’s Licence, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You will attend client sites at scheduled times, ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to scope.
- You will comply 100% with all site rules, policies, and procedures at Sun Metals.
- You will deliver cleaning services as per agreed scopes of work and service agreements.
- You will report any safety or serviceability issues with equipment and tools.
- You will perform general housekeeping duties including mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen and staff facilities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning, consumable replenishment, and emptying bins.
- You will follow all CMBM and client-specific safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- You are reliable, punctual, and detail-focused.
- You have excellent time management skills.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential.
- You are able to pass a medical.
- You have your own reliable vehicle and a current Driver’s Licence—essential.
