Key Responsibilities
As a Laundry and Housekeeping Specialist, you’ll play a dual role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Provide supervision for housekeeping activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Operate laundry machines, including washers and dryers, to process linens, towels, and other items.
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection prevention guidelines.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, notifying management when reordering is needed.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience

- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.
