Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our Washroom Management Program, you will be responsible for maintaining our high brand standards. Your daily duties will include:

  • Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in client washrooms.
  • Servicing and refilling washroom dispensers for soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other amenities.
  • Working autonomously to manage your schedule, solve minor issues, and complete your route efficiently.
  • Demonstrating a professional, customer-first attitude in all interactions.
  • Strictly adhering to all health, safety, and procedural protocols.
  • Using your keen attention to detail to ensure every site meets our quality checklist.

Qualifications

We are looking for a responsible and professional individual who meets these criteria:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
  • A strong customer service focus and a positive, reliable attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
