Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the careful creation of our specialty glass products. Your day-to-day will focus on quality and efficiency:
- Manufacture glass materials according to strict, established procedures and customer specifications to ensure every product meets our high standards.
- Carefully document all process parameters and maintain clear records for full product traceability, a crucial part of our quality system.
- Proactively identify any opportunities to improve our production processes or address potential quality concerns.
- Prioritize your daily tasks effectively to help the team meet production goals without compromising on safety or accuracy.
- Provide assistance to coworkers and other departments, contributing to a collaborative and smooth-running operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who embody our core “SPIRIT” values and have a solid foundational skillset. Here’s what you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine team-player mindset.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain tasks and document information clearly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and solid math skills.
- A consistent focus on workplace safety in everything you do.
- As we handle products regulated under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), candidates must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual). This is a mandatory requirement.
- The ability to relocate to the Rolla, Missouri area prior to your start date.
