Key Responsibilities

You will be the eyes and hands on the production floor, crucial to our daily success. Your core duties will include:

• Setting up, calibrating, and safely operating various manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Closely monitoring machine operations and product quality to ensure everything meets our strict standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the line moving efficiently.
• Accurately documenting production data and any maintenance activities for quality control.
• Strictly following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates.
• Collaborating effectively with supervisors and other team members to hit production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the physical ability to thrive in a manufacturing setting. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• The physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and be on your feet for a 12-hour shift.
• The willingness and ability to work any shift, including daily overtime and weekends as needed.
• A commitment to safety above all else.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
