Key Responsibilities
You will be a key representative of our company on every job. Your responsibilities will focus on safe, efficient operation and customer service:
- Safely operate late-model dump trucks to haul materials such as asphalt, millings, rock, and dirt to various job sites.
- Perform work for both night shift (asphalt and millings) and day shift (asphalt, rock, millings, dig/tear out, dirt) operations.
- Potentially perform tailgate spreading of materials as required and if experienced.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Interact professionally with customers and site personnel, upholding our company’s strong reputation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for experienced drivers who are ready to contribute to our team from day one. You must have:
- A valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an air brake endorsement. Our trucks are automatic; no manual transmission endorsement is needed.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in dump trucking or off-road work. Experience hauling asphalt is a significant advantage.
- A professional, customer-friendly attitude and a strong drive to do the job well.
- Experience with tailgate spreading is a valuable plus.
- People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
