Key Responsibilities
As a MOLLY MAID professional, you will work in a team of two to bring our standard of excellence into every home.
- Provide thorough, detail-oriented cleaning in 3-5 client homes per day, following MOLLY MAID’s proven systems and checklists.
- Exemplify our core values by building positive, respectful relationships with clients and their pets.
- Work collaboratively with your cleaning partner, communicating effectively to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Operate and maintain the provided company vehicle responsibly, using it for work and personal use (with personal gas covered by you).
- Represent the MOLLY MAID brand with professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
We are looking for local candidates who embody our values and meet our practical requirements.
- Must live in Burlington, Oakville, or Waterdown.
- A valid, full G-class driver’s licence is required.
- A motivated, mature, and positive attitude with a genuine enjoyment of cleaning.
- A passion for great customer service and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team of two without needing micromanagement.
- Must be able to pass a clean criminal background check (facilitated by us).
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Previous cleaning or customer service experience is an asset, but not required—we provide paid training.
