Key Responsibilities
You will be essential in upholding our standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.
- Thoroughly clean vacant and renovated residential suites, including deep cleaning of all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
- Perform regular cleaning of all building common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and laundry rooms.
- Execute detailed cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets, washing walls and windows, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, and polishing fixtures.
- Maintain a trash and debris-free environment throughout the property.
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal from walkways and common areas.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and follow all health and safety protocols diligently.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable, physically capable individual with a strong work ethic.
- A self-motivated nature with the ability to work independently and take pride in producing quality work.
- Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty (e.g., post-construction, industrial, or deep cleaning).
- Excellent customer service skills and a respectful demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift 30lbs, work with industrial cleaners, and climb stairs with equipment.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record check.
- Flexibility to work overtime or participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
