Qualifications
We are looking for a true artisan who brings a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant, proven experience in marine, yacht, automotive, or another high-end industrial painting field. Direct marine or yacht experience is strongly preferred.
- An exceptional, innate attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent, flawless results.
- A deep, practical understanding of advanced spray techniques, coatings chemistry, and what defines a true premium finish.
- A professional, prideful work ethic where elite results are the only acceptable outcome.
