Key Responsibilities

In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering the flawless finishes our customers expect. Your daily focus will be on:

  • Efficiently and meticulously prepping vehicles for painting to ensure a perfect foundation.
  • Executing high-quality production painting with an expert eye for color matching, blending, and a flawless final coat.
  • Buffing out any paint imperfections to achieve a showroom-ready finish on every vehicle.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace within our team-based repair process.
  • Applying your knowledgeable understanding of paint-ready body work to collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who embodies both skill and character. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Proven, high-quality production painting experience in a collision repair environment.
  • The ability to efficiently prep vehicles, expertly color match and blend, and buff to perfection.
  • You must provide your own paint guns, sander, and hand tools (larger equipment is company-provided).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a high degree of self-accountability and integrity.
  • The physical ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and handle parts weighing over 50 pounds.
  • A valid driver’s license and the commitment to maintain a Monday-Friday schedule (6:45 AM – 5:00 PM).
