Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your primary duties will include:
- Graciously and efficiently preparing guest rooms to The Ritz-Carlton’s exacting standards, including making beds, replenishing luxury amenities, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Thoroughly dusting, polishing, and vacuuming all room and hallway areas, paying close attention to detail to ensure a flawless environment.
- Transporting your supply cart, carefully following procedures for entering rooms and ensuring all appliances are present and in working order.
- Removing trash, dirty linens, and room service items, and promptly reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Upholding our safety and security policies at all times and completing all required training and certifications.
- Contributing to our team’s common goals with a supportive and professional attitude, ensuring every guest’s stay is nothing short of perfect.
