Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning and preparation of rooms to the highest standards. Your main duties will include:
- Preparing rooms and suites with elegance and precision: making beds, folding linen, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing luxury toiletries and supplies.
- Ensuring an impeccable environment by dusting, polishing surfaces, and vacuuming carpets and floors.
- Emptying trash, removing soiled linen and room service trays, and reporting any maintenance needs or technical issues.
- Welcoming guests warmly and professionally recording any special requests.
- Maintaining your housekeeping cart in order and adhering to all hotel safety and confidentiality procedures.
- Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve our common goals of exceptional service.
Qualifications

- The physical ability to perform essential tasks, such as lifting and moving items up to 11 kg (25 lbs), standing or walking for long periods, and handling a cart.

- No prior experience, high school diploma, or specific certification is required. We provide the necessary training to excel, including mandatory safety certifications.
