What You Will Be Doing
- You will operate graders in a civil construction environment, contributing to projects that matter.
- You will perform all pre-shift inspections, as well as some basic maintenance and upkeep on equipment.
- You will work closely with your crew teammates to maximize production while always maintaining safety rules and regulations.
- You will be adaptable and able to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- You will bring your knowledge and experience to every detail of the job.

- You have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing conditions.
- You have proven experience with heavy equipment, specifically graders.
- OSHA training is preferred but not required.
