What You Will Be Doing
- Operate a motor grader in maintaining county roads to ensure safe travel for the community.
- Plow snow during winter months to keep roads clear and accessible.
- Repair and build bridges as part of ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
- Operate hand tools and heavy equipment as required.
- Install culverts, cut and remove trees, and put up and take down snow fence.
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and construction work on county roads and structures.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and records of work performed.

- Experience operating heavy equipment, particularly motor graders.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
