Job Scope
- Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions.
- Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining and retail options.
- Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media.
- Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally.
- Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
