What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the customer relationship for remote managed sites, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Attend handoff meetings when programs move from non-recurring (NRE) to recurring (REC) phase.
- Raise and approve POs during recurring phase for catalog sales.
- Ensure site-specific documentation is maintained for remote managed sites.
- Triage non-critical issues for remote managed sites and escalate as appropriate.
- Own incident communication for non-critical remote sites.
- Own the Failure Review Board (FRB) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for remote managed sites.
- Create and maintain the Site Development Plan (SDP) for remote managed sites.
- Escalate potential change orders to Account Management team.
- Attend local airport or airport authority meetings remotely.
- Interface with third-party vendors.
- Provide supplemental user training.
- Manage hardware maintenance and warranty.
- Ensure SLA (service level agreement) compliance.
- Manage change management compliance.
- Track and maintain inventories of customer-maintained sites.
- Communicate and coordinate WSUS updates, cyber initiatives, antivirus updates and scans, and other security related activities flowed down from RTX.
What You Must Have
- At least three years of experience in the Airport or Airline Industry Technical Field, with two years specific to CUTE equipment application software or relevant industry experience.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to report to the Managed Services Director of the Americas.
