We’re looking for skilled Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team as we continue to expand our operations. If you have experience running CNC equipment, setting up machinery, and checking your own work for quality, this could be a solid fit. You’ll be operating CNC milling machines, lathes, thread rollers, and other equipment in a job shop environment where precision matters. We need people who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Who We Are
We’re a growing manufacturing operation that takes pride in producing quality parts and components. Our shop floor is active, our standards are high, and our team actually works together to get things done. We’re not a massive corporate machine—we’re a place where your skills are noticed and your attention to detail makes a difference. If you’re looking for steady work with good pay and room to stay, this is the kind of place where you can build something.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
- Running precision machinery: You’ll operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, Landis machines, thread rolling equipment, and other manufacturing tools with accuracy and care.
- Setting up and calibrating equipment: Before production runs, you’ll get machines dialed in and optimized for performance.
- Checking your work: You’ll use calipers, hand tools, and other measuring devices to inspect parts and make sure they meet specifications. Quality is everyone’s responsibility.
- Keeping your area clean and safe: You’ll maintain an organized workspace and follow all safety standards so everyone goes home in one piece.
- Helping with packaging and warehouse tasks: When needed, you’ll assist with getting finished products ready for shipment and keeping the warehouse organized.
- Moving materials safely: You’ll operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials around the production floor or warehouse as required.
- Following safety protocols: Whether you’re running machines, welding, or working in the warehouse, safety comes first.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a job shop or manufacturing facility is a strong asset we need people who already understand how production environments work.
- Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machining techniques will set you apart.
- Comfort with hand tools, calipers, and basic math for taking accurate measurements and performing quality checks.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is preferred if you’ve moved materials before, that’s a plus.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing standards, machining processes, and assembly techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work, even when production speeds up.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on what the shift requires.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive hourly pay between $23.00 and $26.00 based on your experience and skills.
- Full-time, permanent work with consistent hours 44 hours per week on average.
- Comprehensive benefits including dental care, extended health care, and life insurance.
- Paid time off so you can take breaks when you need them.
- On-site parking so you don’t have to hunt for a spot every morning.
- The chance to work with quality equipment in a shop that actually values precision.
- Room to stay and grow with a company that’s expanding its operations.
