Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in maintaining the resort’s standards and supporting a superior guest experience.

  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms promptly and accurately
  • Make beds, remove soiled linens, and handle room service items
  • Dust, polish, and care for walls, furnishings, and surfaces
  • Vacuum carpets and perform other floor care duties
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist guests with queries or requests professionally and courteously
  • Work flexibly according to roster requirements, including weekends
  • Support the wider Housekeeping Team to ensure all areas meet resort standards

Qualifications

Successful candidates typically have experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is desirable
  • Valid working rights in Australia; sponsorship not available
  • Warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
