Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in maintaining the resort’s standards and supporting a superior guest experience.
- Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms promptly and accurately
- Make beds, remove soiled linens, and handle room service items
- Dust, polish, and care for walls, furnishings, and surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and perform other floor care duties
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Assist guests with queries or requests professionally and courteously
- Work flexibly according to roster requirements, including weekends
- Support the wider Housekeeping Team to ensure all areas meet resort standards
Qualifications
Successful candidates typically have experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is desirable
- Valid working rights in Australia; sponsorship not available
- Warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
