Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Attendants play a key role in maintaining the resort’s luxury standards and supporting a memorable guest experience.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Service and deep clean guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of staff village rooms as needed
• Support the wider Housekeeping Team with additional tasks when required
• Ensure all areas, amenities, and facilities are welcoming, hygienic, and safe
Qualifications
Successful candidates typically have experience in hospitality housekeeping and demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Enthusiastic and professional team player with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow operational procedures and maintain high safety standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues when needed
