Key Responsibilities
- Manage concierge duties efficiently to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assist guests with wayfinding throughout the airport premises.
- Offer personalized shopping recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Provide detailed information on brands and product offerings.
- Inform passengers of current promotions and special deals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to retail inquiries from passengers.
- Communicate with passengers through in-person, message, video, and live chat interactions.
- Ensure a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience for all passengers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all engagements.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth concierge operations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
