Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead countertop installer with all aspects of installation
- Read tape measures and follow instructions accurately
- Lift and carry countertops, sometimes up to 100 pounds
- Load box trucks with countertops for daily installations
- Enter customer homes and carry materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Pass drug testing requirements
