Key Responsibilities
You will be essential in creating a positive first impression by maintaining impeccable public areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and lounges, through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Empty all rubbish bins and dispose of waste in accordance with hotel procedures and hygiene standards.
- Courteously greet guests and assist with simple directions when appropriate, always presenting a professional and friendly image.
- Report any maintenance issues, missing items, or damage to your supervisor promptly.
- Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure all areas meet the required standard.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and the right attitude.
- A willingness to learn, follow instructions carefully, and adhere to all hotel safety and hygiene standards.
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Must be hardworking, punctual, and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work the required shifts (full-time or part-time) at the assigned location.
- Attire: Must be able to wear provided uniform requirements (black long pants and black shoes).
