Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our premises. Your key duties will include:

  • Performing a variety of cleaning tasks across an office-showroom and a kindergarten to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all areas are tidy, sanitised, and ready for the next day.
  • Taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently and paying close attention to detail.
  • Working independently according to the provided schedule and checklist.
  • Contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and kindergarten children.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and work ethic:

  • A great eye for detail and a self-motivated, organised approach.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and reliability.
  • Cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential – full training will be provided for the right person.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to or be located in Palmerston North.
  • Availability to work the specified evening hours:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 PM – 10:00 Pm
  • Total: 16.5 hours per week.
