Key Responsibilities

  • Lesson Delivery: Teach classes five days per week, up to 40 hours, following a structured curriculum while bringing your own energy and creativity to each lesson.
  • Lesson Preparation: Prepare engaging lessons based on the class curriculum, adapting materials to suit the needs and levels of your students.
  • Student Assessment: Prepare progress reports for students, tracking their development and providing feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Classroom Management: Teach classes ranging in size from one to fourteen students at Saiei International, and approximately 15 to 20 students at the pre-schools ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform office work as required to support school operations, contributing to the smooth running of the institution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Japanese staff and fellow foreign teachers, participating in meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a native-level English speaker.
  • Must currently reside in Japan (visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates).
