Key Responsibilities
In this combined operational and supervisory role, your duties will be diverse and essential:
- Supervise and actively participate in specialised cleaning operations at various client sites, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Safely operate and maintain a range of professional cleaning machinery, such as floor scrubbers, extraction machines, and steam cleaners.
- Enforce strict adherence to all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols on-site at all times.
- Manage and organise cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained, stocked, and ready for use.
- Coordinate daily with the operations team to receive job assignments, plan routes, and ensure efficient service delivery across different locations.
- Provide on-the-job guidance and support to cleaning team members as required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence. This is a mandatory requirement for traveling to job sites.
- A strong, responsible, and safety-conscious work attitude.
- Good physical fitness to handle cleaning equipment and perform manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and reliable time management.
- Acceptable communication skills to coordinate with team members and the operations office.
- While experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or with cleaning machines is preferred, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
