About the Position
This is a full-time, permanent role as a Hotel Cleaner located in the Central Area. The position involves 12-hour shift patterns, offering a consistent schedule. Your Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will ensure our hotel’s public areas reflect our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene throughout all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, guest restrooms, and lifts.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and dusting all surfaces in your assigned sections.
- Proactively replenish guest supplies like tissues, hand soap, and hand sanitizers in public restrooms and common areas.
- Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied promptly and that public spaces remain tidy and presentable at all times.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) or potential safety hazards to your supervisor immediately.
- Follow all established cleaning protocols and safety procedures diligently.
- Provide polite and helpful assistance to any guests who approach you with inquiries.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by your supervisor to support the team.
