Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

  • Assist in receiving all incoming goods at the Singapore warehouse, processing Goods Receipt transactions against purchase orders accurately in SAP to ensure every inbound delivery is correctly recorded in the inventory management system promptly upon receipt and fully reconciled against the corresponding purchase order documentation
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently in accordance with the warehouse’s established picking and packing procedures, outbound order documentation, and dispatch standards, ensuring every outbound shipment is correctly assembled, securely packed, and accurately labeled before release for delivery
  • Prepare and verify all delivery documentation associated with outbound shipments including Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and Customs Invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and correctly matched to the corresponding physical shipment before dispatch to customers or logistics partners
  • Mark and label all incoming and outgoing goods correctly using the appropriate labels, barcodes, product identification markings, and destination information required by Evac’s warehouse management procedures and any specific customer or regulatory labeling requirements applicable to each shipment
  • Update stock cards accurately and promptly following all inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and internal transfer activities, and report any stock discrepancies, quantity shortfalls, or product identification issues identified during warehouse operations to the warehouse supervisor for timely investigation and system correction
  • Assist with monthly stocktake activities across all assigned warehouse storage locations, physically counting inventory accurately and contributing to the reconciliation process that verifies stock accuracy and supports Evac Singapore’s inventory management and financial reporting requirements
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards across all warehouse areas throughout every shift in accordance with the facility’s established SOPs, contributing to the safe, efficient, and professionally presented warehouse environment that Evac’s global operational standards require

Delivery and Logistics:

  • Assist with loading and unloading goods using a reach truck safely and competently in accordance with reach truck operating procedures and all applicable Singapore workplace safety and health requirements for powered industrial truck operation within the warehouse environment
  • Check all goods carefully against delivery documents before each outbound dispatch, verifying that quantities, product codes, labeling, and packaging condition are all correct and match the accompanying delivery documentation before goods leave the warehouse for customer delivery
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and routes with the Evac Singapore Operations team to ensure all deliveries are planned, sequenced, and executed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while meeting customer delivery time requirements across the daily logistics schedule
  • Ensure all customer deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time in full compliance with all applicable Singapore traffic laws, road safety regulations, and Evac’s vehicle operation and delivery safety procedures, representing the Evac brand professionally in every customer and partner interaction during delivery activities
  • Return all signed delivery documentation to the warehouse and operations team promptly following each completed delivery, maintaining the complete and current delivery record that Evac’s logistics administration, customer invoicing, and compliance documentation processes require
  • Report all delivery delays, goods damages, vehicle incidents, route issues, and any other problems encountered during delivery operations to the Operations team promptly and accurately, providing the factual information needed for timely customer communication, claims management, and operational problem resolution

Vehicle Management and Compliance:

  • Conduct thorough daily vehicle checks before each operational use covering tyres, lights, oil levels, fuel, brakes, and all other safety-critical vehicle systems, recording the results of each daily check accurately and reporting any vehicle defects, safety concerns, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel for timely repair or service scheduling
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outside throughout the employment period, presenting a professional and well-maintained vehicle appearance that reflects the Evac brand standards in all public road and customer site environments encountered during daily delivery operations

Qualifications
