Responsibilities
The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Filtering Oil Fryers Daily: Keep fryers clean and oil filtered for quality and safety.
- Maintaining Outside Grounds: Ensure the exterior of the restaurant is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Cleaning Equipment, Windows, Stock Rooms, and Restrooms: Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Unloading Delivery Truck: Assist with unloading deliveries approximately 2 times per week.
- Taking Out and Emptying Trash: Keep trash areas clean and bins empty.
- Changing Light Bulbs: Replace bulbs as needed to maintain proper lighting.
- Cleaning HVAC-Exhaust Units and Roof of Debris: Help maintain equipment and keep the roof clear of debris.
Requirements
- Reliability: Show up on time and ready to work.
- Attention to Detail: You notice when something needs cleaning or fixing.
- Physical Capability: Able to perform maintenance tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Team Player: Work well with restaurant staff and management.
- No Experience Necessary: We provide training just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
