Key Responsibilities
As a key part of the production line, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Your daily duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery such as filling machines, case packers, and palletizing robots.
- Assisting with general line duties including product sorting, quality checks, and packing finished goods.
- Managing damaged or wasted product efficiently to maximise production uptime.
- Performing product batching and packing according to specifications.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene on the production line and equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for team players with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 25kg – great for staying active!
- Reliability, honesty, and a team-oriented mindset.
- The capacity to thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment.
- While previous factory experience is a bonus, it is not essential – full training is provided for the right person.
