Key Responsibilities
Your primary mission is to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of goods, acting as the reliable bridge between our warehouse and our partners.
- Execute daily delivery schedules, transporting a variety of goods including fresh ingredients, dry goods, and equipment to designated outlets.
- Handle all items, particularly perishables, with utmost care to uphold strict quality and hygiene standards from load-up to drop-off.
- Meticulously verify all delivery documents (Delivery Orders, invoices) and obtain proper customer acknowledgements at each stop.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods, utilizing proper techniques to prevent damage and personal injury.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the assigned vehicle is clean, refueled, and reported for any maintenance needs.
- Communicate proactively with the Logistics Supervisor regarding any route delays, vehicle issues, or incidents.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations, workplace safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a conscientious and adaptable team player. You’ll be a great fit if you meet these criteria:
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license.
- Possess at least 1 year of driving or delivery experience; prior exposure to F&B or retail logistics is a strong advantage.
- Have a good practical knowledge of Singapore’s road networks and an ability to navigate delivery routes efficiently.
- Are physically fit and capable of handling manual loading and unloading tasks as part of the daily routine.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and an eye for detail, especially with documentation.
- Are willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include early starts, weekends, or public holidays as required by operational needs.
- A minimum of Secondary School education or equivalent is required.
