Key Responsibilities
- Administer and implement inventory programs to maintain accurate stock levels and meet contractual requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of company property to customer sites, supporting operational demands and customer satisfaction.
- Set and monitor minimum and maximum levels for consumables, providing forecasting data to support replenishment.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments to meet schedule and contractual requirements.
- Perform cataloguing, warehousing, inventory control, material coordination, and data entry into relevant systems.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and quality issues, updating databases and field systems to accurately reflect company property movements.
- Support program invoice coordination, data entry into customer systems, and status reporting as needed.
- Perform duties in line with contract requirements and assist in maintaining logistics policies, procedures, shipments, and support plans.
- Maintain work priorities and station updates, completing routine tasks under on site supervisory guidance.
- Comply with Environmental Health and Safety and Quality System regulations and policies.
- Be flexible with working hours; a valid Class 3 or 3A driver’s licence is preferred.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage. Proficiency with data entry and inventory systems is beneficial. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills, is essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and working hours is required. A valid Class 3 or 3A driver’s licence is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.
