Key Responsibilities
- Assemble complex, custom‑built machinery, working from detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions.
- Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, ensuring all components are installed and functioning correctly.
- Use heavy equipment such as gantry cranes and forklifts safely, or be willing to be trained.
- Perform fault‑finding and troubleshooting during assembly and commissioning stages.
- Collaborate with experienced fitters and tradespeople, learning on the job and developing fitting, commissioning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Maintain a strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner.

Qualifications
