Key Responsibilities
- Ensure service levels meet and exceed guest expectations by providing friendly, efficient service and maintaining a clean and comfortable dining or takeout environment.
- Carry out efficient and accurate delivery of customer orders promptly within established speed of service guidelines.
- Promote new products and stay knowledgeable about current promotions to help guests make informed choices.
- Comply with all government regulations and Burger King policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Support the Restaurant Management Team and provide constructive feedback to the Outlet Manager to help improve operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere during shifts.
Qualifications
