Key Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of our commercial projects, responsible for delivering impeccable painting services. Your key duties will include:
- Preparing surfaces to a high standard through cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
- Applying paints, varnishes, sealants, and protective coatings using various techniques and equipment.
- Interpreting project plans and specifications to ensure work meets client requirements.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard of workmanship and in full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order.
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional painter with the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Painter, with a preference for backgrounds in commercial construction or maintenance.
- A strong commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
- The ability to work reliably both independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- A relevant trade qualification or equivalent substantial experience is highly regarded.
