  • Meet production output targets and schedules while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations without exception, and immediately report any unsafe practices or conditions you observe.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.

Qualifications

  • You have completed Secondary level education or higher.
  • A NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or proven TIG welding experience is strongly preferred.
  • You have at least three years of working experience in a related field, ideally with high-temperature alloys or precision component repair.
  • You have a basic command of English, both spoken and written, allowing you to read work instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
  • You’re prepared and able to perform rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
  • You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering quality work consistently.
  • You understand the importance of safety in a workshop environment and are committed to following all procedures.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team, taking direction from the Operations Leader and supporting your colleagues.

Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

  • The opportunity to work on specialized, high-precision repair work involving turbine blades and high-temperature alloys.
  • A structured, safety-focused work environment with clear expectations and procedures.
