What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating machinery such as rollers, loaders, and excavators on civil, roading, drainage, and site preparation projects.
- Carrying out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
- Assisting ground crews when required to keep projects moving.
- Following all health and safety procedures on site.
- Taking pride in delivering safe, high-quality work every day.
What We’re Looking For
- W, T and R endorsements with proven operating experience.
- Class 2–4 licence (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of site safety and hazard awareness.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
- Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit.
- Civil construction experience preferred.
