Key Responsibilities
- Perform bar and counter station duties in compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in every order.
- Handle cashiering functions accurately, providing friendly service and engaging in suggestive selling to promote outlet specialties and promotional items.
- Practice proper usage and cleanliness of all outlet tools and equipment, adhering to statutory safety requirements at all times.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises including restrooms, and properly disposing of garbage.
- Comply with National Environment Agency requirements regarding personal and food hygiene and safety.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of all food and beverage items to maintain quality and minimize waste.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock checks and replenishment.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
Qualifications
This position is open to Singaporeans only. No prior working experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. A passion for customer service and teamwork is essential. The ability to work weekends is preferred, and candidates must be able to commit to at least three months of part time work.
Benefits and Perks
This part time position offers a fixed hourly rate of SGD 12.00. A meal allowance is provided during shifts. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the basic rate.
