Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be essential to our ministry’s outreach, ensuring materials are produced and distributed with care and efficiency. Your key duties will include:
- Operating and maintaining various digital printing presses, bindery equipment (collators, inserters), and mailing machinery to meet production schedules.
- Managing the entire mailing process, including preparing bulk mailings, ensuring compliance with current postal regulations, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Monitoring and upholding high-quality standards for all printed and mailed materials, minimizing waste.
- Using production management software, submitting weekly/monthly reports on production and postage usage, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Preparing finished products for shipment by boxing and labeling.
- Participating in continuous process improvement, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and being cross-trained to support Production CSR duties.
Qualifications

- Proven experience operating digital print production and mail processing equipment.
- Strong computer proficiency and a mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and skill in multi-tasking and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of current USPS mailing regulations and classes.
- The physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- A positive, cooperative “can-do” attitude and a proven ability to work as part of a team.
