Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will be entrusted with creating a pristine and welcoming environment. Your core duties will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and servicing guest rooms and suites to our exacting standards, ensuring every detail is attended to.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within the hotel.
- Restocking housekeeping carts and organizing supplies efficiently for your daily tasks.
- Responding promptly to specific guest requests with a helpful and courteous attitude.
- Reporting any maintenance needs or lost items you may encounter to ensure swift resolution.
- Upholding the highest standards of safety and confidentiality throughout all your responsibilities.
Qualifications
We are looking for team players who share our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for service and an eye for detail.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good physical fitness, with the capability to stand, walk, and move actively for extended periods, and to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 23kg (approx. 50 lbs).
- A professional demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining uniform and grooming standards.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and the willingness to follow established procedures.
- While prior housekeeping experience is beneficial, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are most important.
