Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of experienced supervisors, you will be essential to keeping aircraft systems operational. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Performing line maintenance, troubleshooting, and functional tests on In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems.
  • Safely removing and replacing aircraft components and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) in strict accordance with technical documentation and safety regulations.
  • Conducting cabin sweeps and system checks to identify and report any issues requiring attention.
  • Loading necessary software and media updates to ensure systems are current and functional.
  • Completing all required maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Professionally communicating and interfacing with airline customer representatives on the ground.
  • Assisting with inventory management, tool care, and maintaining excellent standards of safety and housekeeping in the work area.

Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual with a strong foundation in technical principles. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of a secondary school diploma or certificate from a technical school.
  • An educational or experiential background in electronics, avionics, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications like Microsoft Office; familiarity with Linux is a strong asset.
  • The ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously and work effectively as part of a team.
  • The physical capability to perform the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working from heights, and standing for extended periods in various environmental conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license and the legal right to work in the country of assignment.
