Key Responsibilities

You’ll be entrusted with maintaining a variety of commercial sites to a strict, high standard.

  • Travel to various client locations within the Bay of Plenty to perform a full range of cleaning duties as per detailed plans and checklists.
  • Execute tasks including vacuuming, dusting, wiping all hard surfaces, and thoroughly cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures.
  • Remove rubbish, wash dishes, and perform floor care such as mopping, buffing, and polishing.
  • Strictly follow all company procedures for chemical dilution, colour-coded cloth separation, and safe rubbish disposal.
  • Manage your time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframes at each site.
  • Work independently with a high degree of responsibility, ensuring every site is left spotless and secure.

Qualifications

  • Full availability to work 7 days a week, with flexibility for early morning or late-night shifts as per the roster.
  • A strong focus on detail, the ability to multitask, and work efficiently to meet timeframes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work unsupervised with integrity.
  • A current, full driver’s licence and your own reliable transport to travel between sites in the Bay of Plenty region.
  • Must have New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.
  • While commercial cleaning experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full training is provided.
