Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients’ sites to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your duties will include:

Performing thorough cleaning tasks in industrial, mining, or commercial environments, such as offices, amenities, and common areas.
Following detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas meet our strict quality standards.
Safely using provided cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Adhering to all site-specific safety protocols and workplace health & safety regulations.
Working effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your supervisor.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic. You will need:

A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to site locations.
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
A keen eye for detail and a genuine pride in delivering quality work.
A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow procedures carefully.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

No prior cleaning experience is necessary we provide comprehensive training.
